Return Process

At Aashralya, we make the return process simple and transparent đź’›
If you’ve received a defective or damaged product, please follow the steps below to initiate your return.


🔹 Step 1: Raise a Return Request

  • Email us at support@aashralya.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include the following details:

    • Your Order ID

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

    • Your contact number


🔹 Step 2: Verification

Our quality team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
If your request qualifies, we’ll confirm the return via email or WhatsApp with detailed next steps.


🔹 Step 3: Pickup or Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

  • If pickup isn’t available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our address (we’ll share details in the confirmation email).

  • Please make sure the item is:

    • Unused and in original packaging

    • Securely packed to avoid transit damage


🔹 Step 4: Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product reaches our facility, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect or damage.
This usually takes 2–3 business days after we receive the item.


🔹 Step 5: Replacement or Refund

After inspection:

  • If approved, you’ll receive either a replacement or a refund, as per your preference.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders) within 7–10 business days.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, installation issues, or post-delivery use are not eligible for return.
