If you’ve received a defective or damaged product, please follow the steps below to initiate your return.
Email us at support@aashralya.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include the following details:
Your Order ID
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
Your contact number
Our quality team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
If your request qualifies, we’ll confirm the return via email or WhatsApp with detailed next steps.
For eligible returns, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
If pickup isn’t available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our address (we’ll share details in the confirmation email).
Please make sure the item is:
Unused and in original packaging
Securely packed to avoid transit damage
Once the returned product reaches our facility, our team will inspect it to confirm the defect or damage.
This usually takes 2–3 business days after we receive the item.
After inspection:
If approved, you’ll receive either a replacement or a refund, as per your preference.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders) within 7–10 business days.
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
Products damaged due to mishandling, installation issues, or post-delivery use are not eligible for return.
