We take pride in offering beautiful décor pieces with quality craftsmanship. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help.
We offer returns only if the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags or accessories.
You must provide photos or videos of the defect/damage for verification.
We do not accept returns for:
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Customized or made-to-order décor items
Items returned without original packaging or beyond the 7-day period
Email us at support@aashralya.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and images/video of the damaged product.
Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for a return.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you to ship the item back.
After inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
If you receive the wrong item or the product arrives damaged:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or unboxing videos for verification.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund once the issue is confirmed.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them if they haven’t been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
